The Death of Graham Thorpe Mourns the Cricket World

Graham Thorpe, who is the former England and Surrey batsman, of 55 years of age has passed away this has been announced.
Graham Thorpe was born on August 1, 1969 in Farnham, Surrey, England.
Thorpe played a hundred test matches and 82 one-day international matches during the time he served as part of the England team from 1993 to 2005.
A swashbuckling left-hander battered the bowling of England and scored 6744Test runs with a 44.66 average including 16 centuries.
England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) as well as the current England captain, Ben Stokes were also amongst the people who should pay homage to Thorpe.
Graham Thorpe made his test debut for England in 1993, being run out for 64 in the second innings and scoring 114 in the second innings against Australia in 2002, which was the top test score.
After retiring from playing in 2005, he began coaching in Australia and then associated with England from 2010 to 2022, before working with New South Wales between 2006 and 2022.
